Weekly Workouts
This is a dynamic ongoing program meaning that each week I prepare the next workout block based on previous weeks Every week includes 6 workouts with Mondays focusing on legs Thursdays emphasizing technique and the rest of the days providing a fullbody workout You dont need to complete all 6 workouts each week the program is designed so that even if you do only 23 sessions youll see fantastic results without neglecting any part of your body or fitness
Workout Structure
Each workout is divided into 3 parts and resembles CrossFit methodology The first part includes an active warmup with exercises like pushups bodyweight lunges and static stretching In the second part we focus on strength muscle growth and technique in a gymstyle approach with supersets and rest intervals In the final part we shift to higher intensity for cardiovascular endurance and high heart rate work

Each workout section includes a builtin smart timer to guide you on when to work and when to rest Each exercise has a demo video explanation common mistakes and more
For Beginners
Alongside the ongoing program we offer a static 12workout program that focuses on kettlebell basics with extra attention to technique explanatory videos common mistakes and more Youre welcome to mark off all beginner workouts or revisit them whenever you need a refresher on a specific exercise
